Dog Sledding Full Day

Service Description

Sledding Time: Approx. 5 hours, Total activity duration: 6 hours Max capacity 4 people. We meet at our place: Skutvikveien 186, 9055 Mestervik After welcoming you and equipped you with winter boots and oversuit if needed, We introduce you to our dogs, and teach you how to drive a sledge safely. We’ll harness the dogs, bring them to the teams and off we go... 1 guest per sled: Only driver. We run on our own trails, and will go through forests, hills, lakes and rivers in our beautiful winter landscape. Half way we will stop to make a campfire and enjoy a light meal and some hot drinks with a beautiful scenery on mountains peaks and fjords. When we come back, we let the dogs run free again in the dogyard and give them a well-deserved snack. Then we go enjoy a snack as well and a hot drink in our traditional Lavvo.
